"My Tickets" is a sub tab of Tickets. Tickets are issued, posted by the customers to different users. Selecting My Tickets opens following screen:

1. Currently, this tab is selected that shows you list of all the new tickets in the system.
2. Replied By Member
3. Replied By Customer
4. Filter by List Address / department.
5. Filter By Today, Yesterday OR Show All.
8. SPAM Tickets
Manage Tickets:
This tab allows you to manage the existing tickets in an organized way. Selecting Manage Tickets shows following screen:

1. These are ticket related details
2. Ticket type: Callback, contact, post query etc.
3. Actions that can be performed on current ticket
3.1 Only available in BASIC version, a pop-up window will open to make reply by user.

3.2 Closes the ticket
3.3 Email address of customer who sent this ticket would be marked as blocked.
3.4 Only new ticket would be marked as SPAM.
4. All the ticket replies are shown here.
NOTE: If any of the customers’ e-mail is replied even once then "MARK AS SPAM" option is not visible for that e-mail.
