Mass Mailing

"Mass Mailing" is a sub tab of Marketing. It is also known as Bulk emailing. In this section, a user can send a canned mail to different distribution list by performing simple steps. Please see following snapshot and its detail.

4. It is the life cycle of campaign.

4.1 Pending: waiting to start campaign.

4.2 In Progress: in running state.

4.3 Paused: can continue.

4.4 Finished: campaign finished.

4.5 Cancelled: campaign has been cancelled from pending status.

4.6 Stopped: campaign has been stopped from running or in progress status.
