To offer Live Chat facility to the customers, you have to perform few configurations described as follows:
Select Admin tab on the lower left corner of the screen. Selecting Admin tab opens, list of sub tabs. Select Live Chat from left side of the screen as shown below:

Selecting Live Chat opens a screen with three options as follows:

1. Chat Departments
This tab shows you both the list of departments associated and not associated for Live Chat as shown below:

2. Chat Details
This tab shows you the chat details for each user as shown below:

3. Chat Configuration
This tab allows you to integrate Live Chat with any of your web page.

Select the script shown in the figure above and paste it in the source of HTML page, where you want this feature to be displayed. It will display the online/offline status of the user accordingly. The script allows integration of Live Chat feature with the HTML page.
