CRM Instance Manager

Follow the steps below to perform a successful activation of Advanced CRM Instances:

CRM Instance Settings :
This is the first step after installing Advanced CRM. Please goto 'Start > Program Files > Advanced CRM > CRM Instance Settings.
  Licensing Information: Provide product activation code and license key that would be used further to activate your CRM copy(s) or please contact sales@advanced-crm.com for further information.

Create CRM Instance:
"Create CRM instance" is second step to create CRM virtual directories. There should be at least a CRM instance to use Advanced CRM product. You can later on create as many CRM instances as you like. But remember that you can only activate n-instances depending upon your license. Following screen is used to create a CRM instance.
 
  1. Instance title
  2. Select website where you want to map CRM instance.
  3. Virtual directory name
  4. "Advanced CRM URL" will show you final link/URL to access CRM instance.
  5. Now please select database type (MS Access OR MS SQL)
  6. Please give SQL server information in case you have selected MS SQL.

CRM Instance(s) List:
This is the last step. Here, activation process would be done on selected CRM instance(s). Following screen is used to activate CRM instance(s).
 

CRM Instance(s) list, all the created CRM instances would be shown in this section
Please check the CRM instance(s) you want to activate and then press "Activate" button
